We are local Medway assessors we have been trading since EPC's were introduced three years ago.To keep our costs down we mainly survey properties in the Medway area from our base in Chatham Kent. Our clients tend to prefer a local service from local people they can trust. Many say that their agent tried to charge them £100 or so for an EPC. Others just want a rapid no nonsense service.

Our EPC's can be emailed out the same day to yourself and your agent - or posted within 24 hours.
The email format is Pdf and so you can make as many copies as you like.
Energy Performance Certificates are required when homes are offered sale or rental . We to provide EPC's at low cost in the Medway Towns - Strood Rochester Chatham Gillingham Rainham and suburbs. £50 applies to Medway Area only. For other areas please phone for a quote.
Our Assessors are fully accredited under the Government Approved NHER Assessors scheme as a DEA and OCDEA.
Appointments take typically 1 hour. The Assessor will
- take measurements and make observations about the structure,
- examine the loft space if there is one
- examine the heating and hot water systems
- Take photos ( these are retained for audit purposes and are not published at all )
- These details are entered into software which generates the EPC (RdSAP )
We serve mainly the Medway Towns area Strood Chatham Rochester Gillingham and Rainham We can e-mail any Estate Agent directly and yourself at the same time - This is the greenest option as saves on Postage paper printing etc.
EPC's are a European (EEC) Requirement under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive - the remainder of the unpopular HIPS pack has now been Scrapped. An EPC is valid for up to 10 years unless you make changes to your home.
