EPC's FOR HIPS EXISTING PROPERTIES
Energy Performance Certificates are required on the sale of existing homes as Part of the HIP pack. and are required for new homes on completion.
For existing properties, a survey is required to take down measurements of insulation and heating details and then the data is generated using RDSAP to create an energy performance certificate.
